• Photo Warehouse now referred to as PW - The hirer referred to as the customer.
• 1. ... By hiring from PW the customer accepts the following terms and conditions.
• 2. ... Insurance for the equipment hired is the responsibility of the customer, and must show proof that an 'all risks' insurance policy exists to cover the hired equipment.
• 3. ... The customer agrees to pay the hire charge specified by PW and abide by the hire period agreed to at the time of hire.
• 4. ... A refundable Bond is required to be paid by the customer at the time of hire. This amount will be proportioned to the value of the equipment. A minimum bond of $50.00 is payable. This can be by either credit card or signed cheque, which will be returned to the customer on return of the goods in original condition.
• 5. ... If the customer fails to return the equipment by the agreed day or part thereof, one full day's hire will be charged for the first day and twice the daily hire charge for further overdue days.
• 6. ... The customer is liable for all damages, loss or destruction of hired equipment and shall on demand pay PW the full current replacement cost or repair cost of the equipment.
• 7. ... The customer shall notify PW of any damage or defect to the equipment immediately.
• 8. ... The customer must advise PW the location of all hire equipment. The equipment shall not be taken out of New Zealand, or used on any helicopters or light aircraft without written consent from PW. The equipment is not to be used where it could be affected by salt-water corrosion. Eg: On watercraft.
• 9. ... PW is not liable for any loss or damage to the customer or its employees, clients or other partners, including property contributed to or caused by i) any defects or failure of equipment or supplies, ii) failure to supply goods for hire.
• 10. ... The customer releases PW from, and indemnifies PW against claims, costs damages, and expenses in consequence of loss or damage to third parties (including their property).
• 11. ... The customer agrees to keep the equipment in its custody and the same in proper manner for which it is designed. The customer shall not attempt to repair, adjust or interfere with any precautions for the equipment's safety and security.

• 13. ... Spare lamp and flash tube policy: Spare lamps and/or flashtubes are provided where required. There will be a charge for missing and broken lamps or excessive lamp burnout. Please DO NOT TOUCH FLASH TUBES OR MODELING LIGHTS with bare hands as this leads to blown bulbs.
• 14. ... Cancellations: Please call us if you have a cancellation. No-shows may be responsible for the cost of their entire order. Same-day cancellations may incur a total or a portion of the order's cost.
