GST: All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars, include GST (15% Tax), and are subject to change without notice. The GST can be removed for export orders (i.e. for goods freighted outside New Zealand). Simply divide the figure by 1.15 to remove the GST content.

New Products: All new products carry a full guarantee as supplied by the NZ wholesaler for that particular brand...normally a minimum of 12 months and up to 6 years.

Used Product: All used products have a 3 month guarantee unless sold "as is". Some collectables are not suitable for their original purpose...they often make good bookends though!

Right-of-Return: All used items bought 'sight-unseen' are covered by a 14 day right-of-return. That's so genuine customers can view products before making a decision! If you choose not to proceed with the purchase for any reason within our 14 day right of return period simply return the goods in the same condition that it was sent to you in, complete with the original packaging, manuals etc and we will refund you in full.

Condition: Used equipment is listed 1 through to 10. At the 1 end of the scale you are getting a useless piece of non-functional equipment but an enormously attractive ornament! At the 10 end you are getting the equipment in mint, boxed-up condition.

Feel free to argue the finer points of 1 to 10 if you are unhappy with our description.

We Accept: Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, Cheques or Real Money...that will do nicely sir.

Freight: Most of our freight travels New Zealand Courier Post, we can also use FastPost or deliver by the most sensible method possible (You should see our specially trained penguins for the guys in Antartica!...they only deliver in black and white). We reserve the right to charge for freight at any time however seldom do if the order value exceeds $200. Orders below $200 incur an $12 courier charge. Customers outside New Zealand should read the our International Sales page.
