The Photographic Education Specialists Photo Access is a private photographic training facility located in Christchurch, New Zealand. Established in 1989, Photo Access has offered a professional course in photography since 1993. Courses offer tertiary tuition to level 4 on the New Zealand Qualifications Authority framework - a unit based system of learning outcomes which provides for individual self-paced learning with a high degree of autonomy and freedom of style. The successful outcomes of the courses can offer: NZQA recognized certificate. Credits on the National Qualifications Framework.   Our facilities are available for HIRE to non students. International Students: Please contact Ian Smith for application details.     NZQA: Photo Access is accredited by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority under the provisions of the Education Act 1989, to provide education and training based on Photography. Students are eligible for Student Loans and may also be eligible for a Student Allowance, depending on their personal circumstances. A Universal Tertiary Tuition Allowance (UTTA) is a subsidy in course fees, and is available to all New Zealand students.
